Dear Sir/Madam,
United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Myanmar Country Office wishes to advertise LRPS-9147291 to procure the services of "Country-led Evaluation of Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) Pilot Services" through a competitive bidding process.
Any questions concerning this LRPS, must be forwarded in writing by email, to Kyaw Myo Aung kmaung@unicef.org, with specific reference to this LPRS number prior to 29 April 2019. No request for information will be entertained after this. The question and its response will be circulated to all the bidders, after deleting the name of the bidder who requested for the information.
Your proposals must be submitted latest by the date and Myanmar local time specified below. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. UNICEF will not accept any responsibility for the premature opening of the proposals not properly addressed or identified.
