REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR BOOTH CONSTRCUTION - Copenhagen World of Coffee 27-29 June 2024

Dear Sirs/Madams,
The International Trade Centre (ITC), a joint subsidiary organ of the United Nations and
the World Trade Organization, has booked the booth/stand number CG-010 with space
of 42m² at the World of Coffee Copenhagen this June 2024 and hereby invites your
company to submit a Quotation for Services in accordance with the attached Annex A
and bidding documents:
i. pdf document Annex A ITC Booth Construction Request : please read carefully
ITC requirements and submit all the necessary proof and supporting
documentation;
ii. pdf document Annex B UN Conditions of Contract : please read carefully, sign it
as acceptance and add it to your submission (mandatory).
If your company is interested in undertaking this assignment under contract with ITC,
please promptly submit your quotation with special duty-free price for the United
Nations to Procurement Services in Geneva by e-mail to akponton@intracen.org, latest
by Wednesday 1st of April 2024 before midnight Geneva Time. Please note that you
will have to register your company under www.ungm.org to collaborate with the ITC.
Should you have questions concerning this Request for Quotation, please forward those
to our Procurement Services in Geneva by e-mail to akponton@intracen.org latest by
Thursday the 24th of March 2024.
Kindly note that we will only consider complete and full offers (All stand construction
services offered as per attached request and designs + required signed documentation )
from vendors that have clearly stated their acceptance of the UN GCC as specifically
mentioned in the first page (part C) of the attached Cover Letter.
