The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), Ghana Office invites your company to bid for the supply Toyota vehicles in Nigeria. UNOPS wishes to establish non-exclusive Long Term Agreements (LTAs) with multiple vendors (2 LTAs). The Toyota brand was a specific request from the beneficiary.

The initial request on Item I on both the Section IV_Schedule of Requirements under (Summary of Requirements & Technical specifications for Goods and Comparative Data Table) and Section V_ITB Returnable Forms of Ammendment 2 was Toyota Hiace manual. This has changed to Toyota Hiace – Automatic on the summary of requirement of Ammendment 3. A10. Please refer to: Section V_ITB Returnable Forms F (price schedule form) item I (Toyota Hiace Manual and G (technical bid from) Item I (Toyota Hiace Manual) of amendment 4 Section IV_Schedule of Requirements of amendment 4 Q11.The requirement list does not have item N.A11. Please note that, item N has been moved to the bottom after item P in Section IV_Schedule of Requirements and Section V_ITB Returnable . It is therefore not an ommission.

New clarification added: Q9. I have noticed that, you have posted an Amendement after I have submitted my tender. What should I do?A8. You have to review the amendment and resubmit your bid taking into nconsideration the changes in the amendment . Kindly refer to amendment 4 of the tender for details. Please note: the submission date has been extended to Oct 2, 2019.

New clarification added: Q6a - How can I submit my Draft and quotation. Do we need to have access to any LTA document?A6a. Bidders are required to submit their bids according to the ITB instruction and ALL the document related to this tender can be access under document section of UNGM and UNOPS eSourcing portal. Please refer to the documemt titled " UNOPS e-sourcing user guide" under the document section of the e-sourcing page or https://esourcing.unops.org/Scripts/App/Help/Guides/UNOPS_eSourcing_Vendor%20Guide_v1.5_EN.pdfQ7.The Toyota Prado TXL (Item B) with Manual Transmission only comes with a 3.0L Diesel Engine.A7. The Item B, line B9 is revised to read 3.0L TUR-FE Diesel. See Amendment 2 of ITB for detailsQ8. Can we offer vehicles already imported into Nigeria with Customs Duties and Taxes already paid as they can only be offered on DAP or DDP basis?A8. Kindly follow the ITB instructions to make your submission. Bidders are therefore required to submit bid prices according to the ITB instructuon especially the Form F: Price Schedule Form. As stated under the bid particular Initial period of the Long Term Agreement (LTA) will be Two (2) years with a possibility of extension for additonal one year. New clarification added: Q4a Are you tendering because the current Long Term Agreement (LTA) for UN do not comply with EURONORM 3 petrol engines requirements? A4a. No, this tender is independent of any existing LTAs for the UNQ4b. We observed that all items are brand specific and not generic specification for each category? will you revise for generic specificationsA4b. As at now, there is no plans to revised the specfication and the requirement as stated in the ITB remain the sameQ5 How do we arrive at the Contract Sum or Total Bid Price to be filled on the Bid Submission Form there was no quantity stated?A5. Please note that the purpose of the tender is to establish non-exclusive Long Term Agreement as indicated at the additional Information section of the e-sourcing particulars which reads "Based on the results of this competitive bidding exercise, UNOPS intends to enter into non-exclusive long-term agreements (LTA) with the successful Bidder(s) for the supply of an indefinite quantity of the specified products in support of UNOPS’ operations and projects services in Nigeria". Bidders are therefore require to submit a bid price per the instruction stated under the Section V_ITB Returnable Froms under Form F: Price Schedule Form.Bidders are to submit unit price (USD) for both FCA and DAP incoterms 2010 for number of quantity stated. That is the price submitted will remain the same for purchase of any quantity within the quantity range.
