Update of the WHO Guidance document: “Ensuring balance in national policies on controlled medicines, Guidance for availability and accessibility of controlled medicines”

The closing date for submission of proposals is postponed from 21 September to 28 September 2019 - The RFP document was updated accordingly (see under "Documents").

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the revision and update of WHO’s policy guidance document “Ensuring balance in national policies on controlled substances”.

This RFP is open to for profit or not for profit institutions operating in the field of guideline development processes with proven expertise in policies for access to medicines including controlled medicines, public health, pain management and/or palliative care medicine.
