4.      Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 16:00 hours Kiev time, on August 2, 2010.
Late bids shall be rejected.

5.      Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at the address of UNDP at 16:30 hours (Kiev time) on August 2, 2010.

6.      This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer to contract with your firm.
