Provision of off-grid PV Systems in Six Governorates in Republic of Yemen for 63 Facilities

RFQ/2019/11036: Question (1):  Section III returnable quotation seems to bear a different RFQ Number. Please indicate the correct number.Answer (1): Corrected. please refer to the RFQ documents, the RFQ number is RFQ/2019/11036.Question (2):  Due to long Eid holidays, we would appreciate if you postpone the deadline at least for a week. Thanks for consideration.Answer (2): Please note that goods/works in this RFQ are required immediacy for emergency; deadline cannot be extended, and in case the deadline is extended, bidders will be notified.Question (3):  The Bank Guarantee format states there is a guarantee reduction after "Taking Over Certificate" until issue of "Final Completion Certificate" Is the Final Completion Certificate issued on handover of all sites or is it only to be issued after completion of the full 2 years warranty/maintenance period? ie is the guarantee to remain open for over 2 years?"This Bank Guarantee for Performance ("Guarantee") is valid and will continue to be valid from the date of this letter for the Guaranteed Sum and will reduce to [2.5 or 5: select one]% of the Contract Price upon the issue of the Taking Over Certificate.  This Guarantee will automatically become null and void on the issue of the Final Completion Certificate or, if a dispute arises under the Contract, after the final determination of that dispute, whichever occurs later."Answer (3): Please note that the Final Completion Certificate will be issued within 28 days after the latest of the expiry dates of the Defects Notification Periods,For the contract that will be signed as a result from this RFQ the DNP is 12 months, for more details please refer to Clause number 9.4 in the contract template in RFQ document section This shall form part of the official solicitation documents.
