Consultancy to Facilitate Team Building Retreat for Juba-based staff, UNICEF South Sudan Country Office

The objective of this TOR is to identify an organization that can design and facilitate a retreat for UNICEF South Sudan Juba based staff.   The Supplier will be required to design and facilitate the retreat utilizing mixed methods to undertake Team Building activities.  The retreat should provide a safe space for the team, to enhance the speak up culture, promote open and transparent communication channels, build cohesion around mutual respect in a motivational and inspirational environment.
