Management Consultancy for UIS Strategic Repositioning

United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization Institute for Statistics (UIS) hereby invites qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:

The UIS seeks to engage a management consultancy firm to help the Institute maximize value and growth, improve business performance and strategic positioning.  The consultancy will be primarily concerned with the analysis of the evolving environment within which UIS provides services, the implications for future mid term strategy and proposals for delivery models of the Institute.
