Long Term Agreement for the Provision of Warehousing for UNICEF Programmatic & Emergency Supplies, and Stock Management Services

In reference to the above mentioned subject, we are pleased to invite your kind to our Request For Proposal no. 2019- 9148880  – to enter into LTA (24 Months) for the Provision of Warehousing for UNICEF Programmatic & Emergency Supplies & Stock Management Services. You are kindly requested to submit your best proposal “Technical & Financial” (IN SEPARATE E-MAILS, ONE FOR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL, ONE FOR FINANCIAL PROPOSAL. IF THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL INCLUDES ANY PRICING OR NUMBERING, YOUR PROPOSAL WILL BE INVALIDATED) to supply.libya@unicef.org  ONLY no later than 11:59AM Libya Time on 23 May 2019, otherwise it will be considered as not valid.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Only proposals received through supply.libya@unicef.org  and subjected the tender number will be valid, any proposals received through any other e-mail will be INVALIDATED.
2. Please note that any inquiries related to this request for proposal will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY and will not be considered through phone calls.
