New clarification added: Dear Sir,Can a vendor tender for more than one lot and deliver via Ocean freight ?RegardsAnswer: Bidders shall be allowed to quote prices for one or more lots identified in this tender. However, bidders must offer 100% of the items specified for each lot and to 100% of the quantities specified for each item of a lot. Evaluation will be done per lot. Dear Sir,

New clarification added: Dear Sir/madam,Would you please clarify the technical characteristics for the rope, its diameter and lenght in metric system.Dest regards,Answer:Dear Sir,The technical characteristics are as stated in the ITB: 9/16” (14.28mm) x 175’ (53.34m), minimum breaking load of 30000lbs (13068kgs), 6 x 19 hemp centre, IPS (improved plow steel).

New clarification added: Dear Sir/MadamWe would like to send us a picture for automotive fuel filters you would need to be offered.And would you accept other alternative models?We are looking forward to your cooperation.RegardsAnswer:Dear Sir,We will accept alternative models as long as you can provide the cross reference details from the manufacturer indicating it is the equivalent filter with exact dimensions to the model stated in the ITB.

New clarification added: Dear Sirs,Kindly clarify us on AC parts as following:1. Do you need cabin air filter (please see photo of part via link http://www.diavia.it/foto_prodotti/587.jpg) or you need air dryer http://www.diavia.it/foto_prodotti/963.jpg2. Can you provide us with photos of filter and switch to prevent any confusion. This is old model of AC and part nos looks like not original.Thank you.Answer: Dear Sir, We require the air dryer filter for the air conditioning unit as stated in the ITB. Alternate number is 017049/2 for the air dryer filter.
