Description
The United Nations Mission to Support the Hudaydah Agreement (UNMHA) seeks to identify available or potential methods for fulfilling the operational requirement for setting up a turnkey 100-person camp in Hudaydah, Yemen. UNMHA would like to identify potential suppliers able to execute the project, as well as gather information on the proposed design solution, the foreseeable limitations of the requirement and possible solutions available on the market to counter such limitations. Within a perimeter of 730m and an area of 33,000sqm, the camp should contain: - Living space (each room would have a small fridge, bathroom, enclosed shower, work desk, table lamp, flat screen TV with integrated cable decoder box, closet, a twin bed, with all blankets, sheets, towels, pillows, etc.); - Office space; - Large and small conference rooms; - A communal kitchen for food preparation to be used by a third-party vendor for food preparation, and seating; - A medical facility including Intensive Care Unit (ICU), operating theater/emergency room, x-ray room, recovery rooms, examination rooms (excluding equipment); - Parking space for up to 50 vehicles. The concept should also comprise generators for power, fuel tanks, as well and all pre-plumbing, pipes and wiring to hook up to sewage, water and the generator/power grid. The response to this Request For Information shall be supported by your company's proposed design solution, including preliminary estimates and delivery and installation time. Subsequent to this RFI and the submissions received, the UNMHA may request to ask further questions so as to have a better understanding of the information submitted by your organization. Please note that any costs incurred while preparing a response for the RFI shall be borne by the vendor. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that this RFI is not a Request For Proposal and it is not contractually binding to the vendor or to the UN. Submission of a reply to this RFI does not automatically guarantee or obligate UNMHA to invite any particular company to participate in the planned bidding process, once and if issued.
