The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites companies/ firms to apply for eligibility and to bid for the UN Common Maintenance and Cleaning Services.

The United Nations (UN) requires a service provider that will be able to render a full spectrum of services that will ensure that the UN premises is clean, in order and free from any unpleasant odor at all times. The service provider is expected to assign full time cleaning crew from Monday to Saturday except UN holidays.

The abovementioned event shall be accessible to all interested participants starting 14 February 2019 to 15 March 2019 (extended).

UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the proposals, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the proposal and award the contract to the most advantageous offer.  UNDP assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the proposer for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of proposals, nor does UNDP guarantee that an award will be made.
