(Procurement of 64 CT scanner for WHO Gaza)


The World Health Organization, Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean (WHO/EMRO) seeks offers in sealed envelopes for the procurement of CT machine 64 Slice


CLOSING DATE:

Last date for submitting offers is 17th of February 2019 at 16.00 (Cairo time).
Last date for receiving queries is 12th of February 2019 at 16.00 (Cairo time).


ITEMS NEEDED:
• As per the attached (ANNEX A).

OFFERS:
• Must comply with the requirements under (ANNEX C)
• For further information and/or additional clarifications, queries are welcomed to be received through the United Nations Global Market Place (UNGM) correspondences before 17th of February 2019.
• All offers should be submitted in the UNGM, you are kindly requested to register through UNGM. After having an active account, you have to express your interest through the UNGM which will transfer you to WHO’s e-tendering system to be able to collect the ITB documents and access your tender opportunities.

SUBMISSION OF OFFERS:
• Offers must be received in intend and made in accordance with the instructions contained in this invitation.
• Any order resulting from this invitation shall contain WHO’s General Terms and Conditions (ANNEX C) and any other specific terms or conditions detailed within this invitation.
• Samples should be sent to WHO Gaza office for technical evaluation.

Delivery: Within 12 weeks.

INCOTERMS:
• FCA nearest port.
Or
• DAP Gaza, Palestine.

Evaluation Weighing:

• 80% Financial analysis
• 20% for delivery




SELECTION/AWARD CRITERIA

• Offers with lowest price and meeting the required specification will be considered.
• Only offers providing onsite delivery, Installation and training will be considered.
• Tenderer should have local agent or representative to follow up, onsite training, installation and after sale support.

EXCLUSION CRITERIA
• Offers that are received after the indicated deadline will not be considered.
• Offers not matching the requested specifications will not be considered.
• Offers not including the needed warranty coverage.

In case of award, the suppliers should provide:
a) Certificate of Origin.
b) Shipping documents, Packing list and invoice.

UN CODE OF CONDUCT:
