IMPORTANT NOTICE 1:

An open WebEx for Questions and Answers about the EQUIP program will be arranged on Tuesday 12 February 2019 at 14:00 Geneva time, whereby registered questions will be addressed, new questions may be asked and responses formally recorded and documented for future reference to all bidders via the UNGM website.

It is mandatory to register for the WebEx no later than Friday 8 February 2019 at 15:00 Geneva time by sending an email to etenderHQ@who.int. The reference to this RFP must be entered in the subject line, and the body of the message must include the following:
- Name of the person(s) planning to attend the WebEx call, the name of their organisation and their email address;
- Any question you seek to have answered during the call.

The Requesting Unit is ready to consider the proposals of those bidders who did not submit their Intention to Bid on time (i.e. by Wednesday 6 February 2019 at 17:00 hours Geneva time). The Bidders are however kindly requested to submit Annexes 1 and 2 of the RFP completed and signed as soon as possible (details can be found under paragraph 4.2 of the RFP).

IMPORTANT NOTE 2: WHO normally expects Bidders to express their intention to bid short after the publication of the RFP. Clicking on the blue “Express Interest” or on the “Opt In” button (bottom of the “RFP Document” tab page) is not a formal Intention to Bid. Bidders must refer to the RFP documents to get detailed information on this process.

The timely and successful registration with UNGM is the sole responsibility of the vendor.
