New clarification added: Dear Bidder, Please note the below raised questions and our official responses in connection to the Request for Quotation, ref. RFQ/2018/7788:Question 5 : Do I have to submit the drawings and pictures of the contracts of experience of the institution as well as should I attach the curriculum vitae of the engineering system and what is meant by the paper of excellence in quantities?Answer: Yes, adding your previous expereince and contracts along with the pictures of these compeleted projects. As for the C.Vs of the engineers are important as well to be attached.Question 6 : WE WOULD LIKE TO ASK ABOUT Is there a down payment ? If yes, are they 20% or 30%?Answer: No advnace payment will be granted for htis RFQ.This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly

New clarification added: Dear Bidder, Please note the below raised questions and our official responses in connection to the Request for Quotation, ref. RFQ/2018/7788:Question 1: ABOUT LOT 2 Item (No.3.2 This item includes structural excavation , backfilling, removal and hauling of waste materials to approved areas. ) its suppose to be divided in too three items such as in lot1 because the quantity of waste materials and cost of removeing the waste materiels and backfilling is not spacified within the drawings or if you can not divide the item in to three items please give us the quantity of waste materiels and backfill for each meter squer or cubic?Answer: Refer to typical drawing D 01 - Retaining wall , the unit price of this item shall include the structural excavation 1.5- 2.5 meters depth measured from natural ground level to the end of excavation , boulder masonry is ghoum masonry with concrete as per item 3.3 .Answer: In addtion, we are also attaching an Arbic Version of how to apply in esourcing.
