Energy use reduction measures
New clarification added: 1. Is it possible to offer from more than one project per lot? yes, specify price per project.2. Are there any restrictions/preferences regarding the host countries/regions for projects? no3. Are there any preferences regarding the technologies (apart from the exclusion criteria)? no4. How is the criterion of price/ton rated? Is there a price limiation? no price limit but award will be to the cheapest compliant offer.Thank you, kind regards

New clarification added: 1. Is there a minimum amount of CER's that must be delivered? For example, could we submit an offer for 60,000 Gold Standard CER's rather than the full amount (140,786) listed in the tender? The tender says: “UNOPS will accept partial bids, if a bidder does not offer the whole quantity of CERs under a lot.”2. Can we submit CER's from projects with soon to be issued CER's in our proposal? We would like to include projects where the CER's will only be issued in December 2018. The tender says: “Credits should be generated not earlier than 2015 and issued at the time of receipt of the purchase order latest”. You must guarantee that the credits will be issued in early December latest without doubt.
