United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to hire technical agency for power safety and emergency preparedness audit of All SCNUs (42) established in state of Bihar through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your company to submit quotes as outlined in this Request for Proposal and the terms and conditions contained herein. (For Indian Bidders Only)

2. PRE BID MEETING:

2.1 A Pre bid meeting will be held in UNICEF OFFICE FOR BIHAR, 8, PATLIPUTRA COLONY, PATNA - 800013, BIHAR, as per the date mentioned below

Date – November 12, 2018; Time: 1500 hours

2.2 The questions and responses will be subsequently posted on UNGM website www.ungm.org (Business Opportunities) as an attachment under the “links” tab in the same tender notice by November 15, 2018.  The last date to submit bid queries is November 09, 2018.

Please note, no request will be entertained for alternate date or time. 

3. Submission Deadline and Bid opening

3.1 The deadline for submission of the bid is as follows: Monday, November 19, 2018 - 1400 HRS.

3.2 Supplier should submit the bid as specified in the bid.

3.3  Request For Proposal For Services Form to be signed and sent along with the Technical Proposal for acceptance of GTCs.
