Construction of 5 No. Temperature Controlled Warehouses in Wau, Rumbek, Yambio and Malakal and other Civil Works for UNICEF South Sudan

The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in South Sudan over the years has concentrated the storage of temperature controlled supplies in Juba as that’s the only location that has the required storage facilities. In the event of an emergency, there is no ready supply of such badly needed supplies in the regions. To help the SSCO better preposition such supplies in the regions, it was decided to construct 5 more Temperature controlled Warehouses in Rumbek, Wau, Malakal and Yambio FO’s. 

The current locations are having great challenges storing supplies that require controlled internal conditions thus the unavailability of such supplies in the event of an emergency.

UNICEF require a suitable company to submit a technical proposal and price bid to:

1. The Contractor will provide Machinery equipment and Man power to undertake the construction of the Temperature Controlled Warehouses in all Locations as per the Drawings and BoQ’s.
2. The above specific tasks will be undertaken in a timely, cost effective manner putting due  consideration to safe guarding UNICEF staff.
