The United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (UNIRMCT) hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the provision of Maintenance and Repair Services, Including Spare Parts and Consumables for the UNIRMCT’s Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning (HVAC) systems at the UNIRMCT’s offices in Arusha, Tanzania. Description of General Requirements: 1. The UNIRMCT is looking to establish a long-term contract for maintenance and repair services (“Services”) and related Spare Parts and Consumables for its Climaventa/Mitsubishi Electric HVAC Equipment detailed below located in the following locations: 1.1 Screw compressor chillers with soft start with high pressure dual pumps hydronic module and controls as Main Chillers; 1.2 Screw compressor chillers with soft start with high pressure dual pumps hydronic module and controls as Data Centre Chillers; 1.3 Single-sided access weather-proof air handling units (AHU) with thermal wheel heat exchanger, F8 and G4 filters, two (2) return and two (2) supply fans control panel, variable speed drive, external louvres, grills and fans with sound attenuators for Repository; 1.4 Single-sided access weather-proof air handling unit (AHU) with thermal wheel heat exchanger, F8 and G4 filters, two (2) return and two (2) supply fans control panel, variable speed drive, external louvres, grills and fans with sound attenuators for Non-Archive Rooms; 1.5 Ceiling cassette fan coil units with wall mounted controllers 1.6 Ducted fan coil units with wall mounted controllers 1.7 Condenser unit VRV air-cooled type inverter series in Tropical mode; 1.8 Extractor fans for Pantry, Workrooms and Washrooms; 1.9 All necessary diffusers, grills, pumps, piping, valves, fittings and accessories. 2. The aforementioned Equipment were purchased by the UNIRMCT and installed and commissioned for service on 01 December 2016.
