The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to implement and manage a small grants programme to support civil society engagement, alignment, and coordinated advocacy for improved women’s, children’s and adolescents’ health, particularly in relation to the Global Financing Facility.
