Dear Sir/Madam,

The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for "Appui technique et opérationnel à la conception et démarrage d’un modèle d’éducation de la 2e chance en Tunisie pour les 12-18 ans", as per the enclosed Terms of Reference in Annex I.

PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY; 02 MARS 2018 AT 14.00 HOURS TUNIS LOCAL TIME.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposals, in separate document, should be submitted by email to supplytunisia@unicef.org  NO LATER THAN Sunday, 25 March 2018 at 23.59 hours (Tunis Local Time).

Proposal shall be submitted in French in line with "Special Notes 1.2"
