Tender description: This ITB is for the provision of vehicle rental services to UNOPS Nepal.
This requirement is for the UNOPS Project, 20980-00 Seismic Retrofitting of Unsafe Housing in Nepal, 20650-00 Socio-Technical Facilitation for Nuwakot District Home owners of Nepal, 21144-00 VFAST: Vulnerable Family Assistance Targeting project for Dolakha, Nepal or other projects of UNOPS
Two Lowest bidder will be awarded for the provision of vehicle rental services.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal. In order to access the full UNOPS tender details, request clarifications on the tender, and submit a vendor response to a tender using the system, vendors need to be registered as a UNOPS vendor at the UNGM portal and be logged into UNGM. Vehicle rental
New clarification added: Dear Madam/Sir,Thanks for your earlier clarifications. While working on the bidding documents, I still needs few more clarifications from your side.1. Reffereing to the Form C - Price Schedule Form, we have to mention Total Price of Service (amount and currency). We have to work on this form mentioning 3 types of amount 1. Unit Price, 2. Daily Rental Price and 3. Monthly Rental Price. May I now request you to clerify how to generate total price of service ? Shall we add all the price together and mention in the form or there is another way to generate Total Price of Service ? 2. New clarification added: Dear Madam/Sir,I am writing this request for clarification from Sunaulo Vehicle Service Pvt. Ltd. regarding ITB for the Provision of Vehicle rental services - UNOPS Tender ITB/2017/2733. May I request you the clarification for the following points:1. As you have requested the price offer for the transportaiton services to the different districts from Kathmandu by Bus, Minibus, Hiace and other SUV's, some of the districts are far away from Kathmandu and have to stay overnight to return back to the Kathmandu. But, there is no place to mention for overnight charges. How to charge those costs ?2. Regarding the vehicle rental service with in same districts on daily or monthly basis, what would be the normal daily movement (KM) of the vehicle ? Without knowing this imformation, it would be very difficult for us to offer the rental cost with fuel. Should we offer the rental cost of the vehicle and fuel cost seperately ?3. Normally we provide the vehicle with driver for dedicated locations. If the vehicle has to go to other then the dedicated locations, Do you have provision to cover the food and accomodation cost for drivers ?We look forward to hearing from you soon.Thank you.Yagya ThapaManagind Director, Sunaulo Vehicle Service Pvt. Bidder have to calculate the cost of the vehicle and fuel based on district location . Bidder have to identify the avaerage movement within the district.3.
