UNDP Indonesia is seeking qualified vendor(s) for the “Microhydro Power Plant Development at Lubuk Bangkar Village Batang Asai Sub-district, Sarolangun District, Province of Jambi”

Interested bidders are encourage to regularly visit the website to view any amendments or additional information in regards to this ITB.

UNDP will conduct two Bidder Conferences (bidders may choose one of them) and Survey or Site Visit will be implemented on the following schedule:

Bidder’s Conference (two):

• Monday, 4th December 2017 in Nias Meeting Room, 7th Floor, UNDP, Menara Thamrin, Jl. M. H. Thamrin Kav. 3, Jakarta, starting 1330 hours, Jakarta Local Time (GMT+ 7 hours).
• Tuesday, 5th December 2017 - in Aston Hotel Jambi Meeting Room, Jl. Sultan Agung No. 99, Ke. Murni Telanai Pura, Murni, Telanaipura, Kota Jambi, starting 1330 hours, Jambi Time

On site visit or survey:

On 5th December 2017, a vehicle from and to Jambi and Site will be provided by the Committee in Jambi Airport (Sultan Thaha Airport) starting 1700 hour and leave for Lubuk Bangkar Village, Batang Asai Sub District, Sarolangung District at 1800 hour with estimated time of travel 9 hour drive. Decent Accommodation for transit, breakfast and lunch on the 6th of December 2017 will also be provided. Bidders should bring their own necessary equipment during the bidders site visit/survey

The closing date for submission of ITB is on 14th December 2017 at 2359 hours, Jakarta Local Time (GMT+ 7 hours)
