UNICEF wishes to invite you to submit an email OFFER for the above tender.  We trust that the deadline for submission is not too short as this is a very urgent request. Please do not hesitate to contact me if this is indeed too short.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE READ:

1. The offers must be submitted to the following email ONLY: mlya-procurement@unicef.org  - Offers sent to any other email will be invalidated.
2. The subject line of your email should include the RFP number.     
3. The bidders must return our bid form (page 3 of this ITB) when sending their offer.
4. When stating your validity date (MIN. 90 DAYS FROM DATE CLOSURE), please state the actual validity date (not number of days/weeks).
5. Note that failure to bid in MYR, or in accordance with the requested Incoterms, may result in invalidation of your offer.    
6. Bidder may request clarification in writing to fboust@unicef.org. Upon receipt of such request, UNICEF will endeavour to provide information expeditiously.

In order to be considered, you must register with UNGM. If you are not registered yet, please register following the instructions on page 11 of this RFP. If you already have a UNGM number, please advise that number in your offer.

-           Date: 8 November 2017

-           Time: 1400 hrs to 1600 hrs (GMT +8 KUALA LUMPUR)

-           Venue: Large Conference Room, Wisma UN, Block C, Kompleks Pejabat Damansara, off Jalan Dungun, 50490 Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur.
