Introduction: United Nations Office at Nairobi (hereinafter referred to as UNON) of P.O. This shall result into a Contract for a period of 5 years (3+1+1). UNEP runs information campaigns of different scale and scope to bring about change in environmental issues. The campaigns focus on: Increasing awareness on specific issues in the public and political consciousness and creating an enabling environment for change – legal and behavioral – by governments, business, and individuals; Encouraging social mobilization to advocate for stronger (and implementation of existing where applicable) legal frameworks; Identifying specific interventions to change behaviors, including consumption habits; and Supporting policy-to-action at local, national, regional and/or global levels. UNEP's campaigns are implemented across varying geographic scales, languages, and through traditional and digital media. Creativity and inspiration are at the heart of all our campaign interventions and play a crucial role to deliver our desired outcomes. The Contractor must be able to deliver on all aspects related to development and implementation of multifaceted campaigns which includes: a) Strategic Insight & Design: Design of comprehensive and creative campaign strategies and interventions based on research and data collection. b) Implementation: Develop campaign implementation strategies and interventions at global, national and/or local levels. c) Monitoring: Perform periodic tracking and assessment of key elements (effectiveness and efficiency) of the performance of campaigns and interventions. d) Evaluation: Systematic assessment of results, including the reach, engagement and impact and the performance of the campaign or intervention. The communication campaign activities will be developed and implemented in the six UN languages (English, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, and Russian). Other languages may be required depending on campaign activities. Interested vendors may forward their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with the signed vendor forms to pdnairobi@unon.org. All EOI submissions should be sent via email, citing the EOI reference number and title in the subject line. UNON reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement of this EOI at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Only Vendors which in UN's sole discrition are deemed eligible and qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their EOI submissions may receive the final tender solicitation documents.
