Description
UNFPA Mozambique Country Office seeks to support the country's National Statistics Institute of Mozambique with the procurement of shelves for its warehouses in the context of the country's IV Census of Population and Housing 2017. The Shelves are needed for the storage of 58.480 Cardboard Boxes. Size of each box: H 200mm, W 230 mm, L 310 mm. Each filled box has an average weight of 8 Kgs or 19.84 Pounds. The boxes are used to store questionnaire (paper material) sheets of the National Population Census.

I want to thank you for your participation in the bidding for the ITB No., UNFPA/MOZ/ITB/17/003 for the “supply of metal warehouse shelves to store 58,480 cardboard boxes and related services”.
We would like to remind you that the deadline for submission is on Tuesday 7th November 2017, 10am, Maputo Time.
Any bid received by UNFPA after the bid submission deadline shall be rejected and returned unopened to the Bidder.
Bid Opening shall start in UNFPA-Office Maputo on Tuesday 7 November at 11am.

This is to inform: in accordance with Clause 6, Section I of the Instructions to Bidder of ITB UNFPA/MOZ/ITB/17/003, UNFPA hereby informs that the following amendments were made to the original Invitation to Bid on 29 October, 2017:
1. Section II, 2.1.2a: Sample of layout floor plan on how shelves can be installed in Warehouse I,
1.1. Updated layout plan of Warehouse I provided in higher resolution.
2. Section II, 2.1.2b: Layout floor plan on how shelves will be installed in warehouse II
2.1. Updated layout plan of Warehouse II provided in higher resolution including the position of pillars in central corridor.
3. NEW: Upload of a separate file of the Layout Plan of Warehouses I and II in high resolution.

All other terms and conditions of ITB UNFPA/MOZ/ITB/17/003 remain unchanged.
