- Photovoltic solar modules (100 modules) of 24V x 200W with fixed stand fittings
- Battery back up (48 nos.) of 2V 100Ah dry type SMPF no emission maintenance free battery bank.
- Inverter UPS (50kW 220V) Single phase Inverter with 96V
- 12V battery (160 nos.) of 12V Battery
The Bidder/s shall bid the tender as following Lots. The detail describtions were stated in the ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements.
* Lot 1: Supply and delivery of Solar sets to Yae Oo Seeds Farm (Sagaing Township, Sagaing Region).
* Lot 2: Supply and delivery of Solar sets to Oat Phyat Seeds Farm (Phyu Township, Bago Division).
* Lot 3: Supply and delivery of 12V batteries to Sagaing and Magway Regions.

New clarification added: Dear UNOPS,Regarding ITB/2017/953, I would like to ask the followin questions for clarification:1 ) For Lot No 1 and Lot No 2 > 100 numbers of 200W are required for each lot , are the solar frames required? (Yes, it is indicated in 4th row, Anodized Aluminium Alloy Frame) > 48 numbers of 2V 100AH SMF batteries are required for each lot, are the battery racks required? (You can submit as optional if you think appropriate) > It is mentioned 50 kW Single Phase Inveter is requried, normally 50kW Inverter comes only with Three Phase, so is it 5kW , instead of 50 kW? (Our requirement is 50kW Single phase) > There is no Solar Charge Controller is mentioned , is Solar Charge Controller required? (You can submit as optional) > It is menitoned only Supply and Delivery of the goods are quired, is Installattion and Commisioning not required? (No installation is required so far)2 ) For Lot No 3 , only Supply and Delivery of 12V 100AH SMF batteries are required? (Yes, for each locations)3 ) Is the last date of the submission of the tender proposal 9 October 2017 ? New clarification added: Dear Sir,Referring to this ITB, we would like to submit a bid and appreciate your clarification to the following queries.1. It is indicated nominal capacity of inverter shall be a minimum of 50kW and it is a single-phase type. Would you accept a proposal of three-phase type with nominal input voltage of 400VAC? (If it is not the major deviation and meets our requirement as stated in the Technical Specification table, you may submit it)2. As you indicated the load is a type of cold storage. Does it accept single-phase or three-phase power input? (Please advice the differences)3. As you indicated battery for inverter is 2V 100AH sealed maintenance free type, would you accept a proposal of 12V type battery of similar AH capacity? (Our requirment is 2V 100Ah SMF) battery as stated in the Technical Specification table)4. With regarding to fixed stand for PV modules, would the PV array be mounted on the roof or on the ground? Another queries-In order to import the equipment into Myanmar, do we require local Joint venture with a local Myanmar company for importation since we are an international company with presence in Myanmar.Dear Bidder,JV is optional for this Bid. As stated in the ITB, UNOPS will issue the TEC only if it is imported from other country. New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,For the subject project, after review the tender document, we would like to request clarifications as follow:For Item 3 - Inverter UPS (Single Phase)Please kindly confirm again whether the requirement of input voltage is 100V DC? As per your requirement, there's no any company can provide this kind of Inverter. According to our calculation, If you need Nominal capacity is 50kw, Output Voltage is 220V AC, single phase, off-grid system. So, the input voltage should be reached 192V DC at least. Our calculate process as follow:Formula：P=UI WhereP is Nominal capacity, 50000 W, U is Input voltage, 100V So, I=500 (A) , this input current is impossible for any off-grid inverter (single phase). The off-grid inverter maximum input current is 260.4 (A) at present.Therefore, we would highly appreciate if you can accept the input voltage is 192V DC or 220V DC. In the meantime, please also consider the battery Voltage and quantity accordingly.We're looking forward to your reply.Thanks & Best regards!Dear Bidder,We thank you your details matters on it. Normally, 200w of photovoltaic solar modules are equipped with 18W voltage, to be used for 12V system.So, could you please clarify that Photovoltaic solar modules,with Watts of 200W and Voltage of 24V are to be used for which system?
