The Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council (WSSCC) is at the heart of a global movement to improve sanitation and hygiene for everyone. WSSCC is the only part of the United Nations devoted solely to the sanitation and hygiene needs of the most vulnerable people around the world. WSSCC is hosted legally and administratively by UNOPS. 

This solicitation is to identify a contractor who will develop a comprehensive and flexible Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) training toolkits and provide guidance on training pedagogy  which can be used by WSSCC teams and their trainers to advocate for improved MHM in countries across the globe.

The contractor will be expected to review existing MHM tools used by WSSCC and, through a collaborative review of their effectiveness, develop improved tools to ensure that the content and communication styles of the toolkits are effective in diverse cultural audiences. The contractor is also expected to develop new tools to interactively engage audiences in innovative ways for learning about MHM. Upon development of these new and improved tools for the MHM toolkit, the contractor will also produce guidance notes to support the trainers who use these tools in high-quality and effective teaching methodologies.
