Consultant - Grant Writer

​The UNDP Barbados and the OECS office has developed a project concept which seeks to improve the quality of citizen security data for evidence based decision making in the Eastern and Southern Caribbean based on preliminary discussions with key institutions.  The Consultant-Grant Writer will take lead in developing a compelling full proposal, inclusive of a budgeting, implementation and management arrangements. This will be achieved through collaboration with the Regional Citizen Security Consultant and the UNDP Country Offices to incorporate components such as: standardization of a citizen security victimisation survey, as well as defining a framework for regional observatory in the Caribbean.
