Description

The purpose of the assignment is to develop and produce a communication product to be disseminated to key target audiences (national and sub-national policy makers, the mass media, donors and development partners) in all relevant advocacy events to promote child-sensitive SEDP.

1.1.Objectives:

  1. To produce a short film to translate the five-year SEDP process in Viet Nam with a focus on child-sensitive policy and planning through which key issues of child inequity are adequately addressed. This is done by explaining and visualizing the process – what it is, why it is necessary and how it is done with an impact to advocate for policy and decision-makers’ buy-in and support at both national and sub-national levels;
  2. To present the process with a creative approach that could include but not limited to animation and/or shots/footages of children and adolescents, individual human stories that highlight the importance of child-sensitive planning and policy making and clearly demonstrate the effects and impact of child-sensitive SEDP in selected areas;
  3. To the limit possible, to produce the film with a human touch that helps engage the target audience in the advocated issue.
