Supply and installation of Medical Equipment for present requirement and under LTA

UNICEF-Bangladesh Office is inviting bid for “Supply and installation of Medical Equipment for present requirement and LTA” as per the attached Invitation to Bid – LITB-2026-9207166 document and ANNEX B which are integral part of the ITB.  

Please note the following points:

1. The Bid will only be received at the E-mail address, ebidsbangladesh@unicef.org. In case of email submission, no other recipient should be copied ("Cc" or "Bcc"). Proposals can be sent in batches not to exceed UNICEF's e-mail size quota of ten (10) megabytes per e-mail. PLEASE REFER TO DETAILED INFORMATION IN SPECIAL NOTES - PART II of the LITB document, for more Details.
2. The bid should be quoted in ANNEX-B Bid Response Form attached – duly signed with company seal, along with necessary technical information, experience documents, authorization etc. as detailed in Annex-B.
3. Pre-bid meeting:

An online pre-bid meeting will be arranged on Wednesday, 11 Nov 2026; Time: 12.00pm-01.00pm (BST: GMT +6), to provide more clarification and respond to any queries.
