Description
WHO invites qualified property valuation firms to submit proposals for the valuation of the market rental value of land occupied by the WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific and the WHO Country Office in the Philippines, Manila. The assignment covers the land only, excluding buildings and other improvements, and requires valuation supported by appropriate market evidence and recognized professional valuation methodology.
Each valuation shall be prepared and signed by a duly licensed Philippine Real Estate Appraiser.
