External final evaluation of the project titled “Beirut (Mar Mikhael) Train Station: Industrial Heritage Park”, in Lebanon

You are invited to submit an offer for the external final evaluation of the project titled “Beirut (Mar Mikhael) Train Station: Industrial Heritage Park”, in Lebanon in accordance with the present solicitation document.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, must be submitted electronically SIGNED as per the Annex I- clause 16. “Format of Proposals” no later than 15 November 2026 by 18:00 Beirut Time.

This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer to contract with your firm/institution. Your proposal could, however, form the basis for a contract between your company and UNESCO.
