Provision of Baseline and Endline Assessment for Awareness-Raising Campaign

Within the framework of the EU4MIGRATION in Albania project, the International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mission in Albania intends to engage a qualified and legally registered research/consulting company to design and conduct a Baseline and Endline Assessment for Awareness-Raising Campaign of EU4Migration in Albania Project. The assignment will include the development of the assessment methodology and research tools; quantitative and qualitative data collection; analysis of public knowledge, perceptions, attitudes and information needs; preparation of the Baseline Assessment Report and campaign-oriented recommendations; and implementation of an Endline Assessment following the awareness raising campaign, using the agreed baseline methodology to measure changes and assess campaign effectiveness.
