Supply, Delivery and Installation of Industrial Paper Shredder with Hydraulic Baler And Laminator, Laminating Films and Paper Trimmer to UNAMA, Kabul - Afghanistan

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) requires the establishment of a contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Industrial Paper Shredder with Hydraulic Baler, Laminator, Laminating Films and Paper Trimmer to support FTS operations on an "as and when required" basis. The contract shall be established for an initial period of two (2) years, with an option to extend for one (1) additional year (2+1), subject to satisfactory performance and continued operational requirements. The Contractor shall provide all goods in accordance with the specifications, delivery requirements, warranty provisions, and other requirements set forth in this Statement of Requirements (SOR), which will be shared after the EOI deadline and during bidding process. The contract shall be implemented on an “as-and-when-required” basis, where UNAMA will issue Purchase Orders for specific requirements during the contract period. Delivery shall be on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis, INCOTERMS® 2020, to UNAMA-designated delivery locations, including the UNOCA Compound, Kabul. The bid package with the details for the requirement, including the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Statement of Requirement (SOR) and the Technical Evaluation Criteria (TEC) will be provided after the closing of the EOI and during the solicitation stage.
