The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and authorized firms for the provision, licensing, maintenance, and technical support of a network availability and performance monitoring solution. The required solution should provide centralized monitoring and management capabilities for network infrastructure, servers, applications, and related ICT services. The system should enable real-time visibility, performance monitoring, fault detection, alerting, reporting, and operational analytics across enterprise technology environments. The solution should support monitoring of network devices, servers, security appliances, wireless infrastructure, communication systems, conference technologies, audiovisual equipment, and other IP-enabled assets. It should facilitate proactive identification of service disruptions, performance degradation, and operational risks while providing customizable dashboards, notifications, and reporting capabilities. Interested vendors should demonstrate experience in supplying and supporting enterprise network monitoring solutions and be authorized by the software publisher or manufacturer to provide licensing, maintenance, updates, and technical support services. The procurement may include software licences, licence expansion, maintenance and support services, software updates and upgrades, technical assistance, and related professional services. The proposed solution shall be fully supported by the manufacturer and compatible with existing enterprise ICT environments. The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) particularly encourages Expressions of Interest from qualified suppliers that promote accessibility and disability inclusion, as well as from women-owned businesses.
