The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to provide institutional research, analytical and drafting services supporting WHO’s work on resilient, integrated and sustainably financed health systems, including analysis of multilateral development bank financing, innovative financing structures and country financing landscapes.
