Invitation to bid for " LRPS-2026-9207065- Installation of Solar Systems at UNICEF Myitkyina and Hpa-An Field Offices

Greetings from UNICEF, Myanmar.

We would like to invite you for the " LRPS-2026-9207065 for Installation of Solar Systems at UNICEF Myitkyina and Hpa-An Field Offices”.  I am also attaching the following documents.

Questions from Proposers: Bidders must email any questions regarding this RFP to Mya Thanda Chaw at mtchaw@unicef.org , Ye Htut at yhtut@unicef.org and Ayako Okamura at aokamura@unicef.org. The deadline for question submission is 17 November 2026 at 9:00 AM.

Bid Conference: A bid conference will be held at 3:30pm Myanmar Time on 10 November 2026. Interested proposers shall express the interest and send a list of participants (name, designation,email address) to Mya Thanda Chaw (mtchaw@unicef.org), Ye Htut (yhtut@unicef.org) and Ayako Okamura (aokamura@unicef.org) by 12:00PM (noon) Myanmar Time on 10 November 2026. A Microsoft Teams meeting link will be shared with the registered companies/participants.

Bid Submission: The supplier will submit Two separate Email proposals electronically at procurementyangon@unicef.org in the following manner:

 Email-1: Technical Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Technical Proposal: LRPS-2026-9207065". The following documents shall be submitted as the technical proposal submission:

1. Signed Services Form  ((Pages 4-6 of this document)
2. Annex D – Technical Proposal Submission Cover Letter                                     (A technical proposal and supporting documentation as required in the Terms of Reference (Annex B)
3. Annex F - Bid Securing Declaration Form
4. Annex G - The Supplier Profile Form

Email-2: Financial Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Financial Proposal: LRPS-2026-9207065". The Financial Proposal shall be submitted in the format provided by UNICEF as Annex-C : Financial Proposal Submission Cover Letter with below two supporting documents .

1. A summary of quoted amount for each site.
2. Priced BoQ for each site in both Excel and PDF formats

The proposal submission deadline is the 26 November 2026 and 09:00 AM, Myanmar Time. Any proposals received by UNICEF after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
