Visibility/Textile Items
UNICEF Supply Division is in the process of initiating a solicitation for establishment of Long Term Agreement(s)of Visibility Items. This REOI is addressed to vendors with experience in the sourcing and supply of the items listed in Section#1.
Companies, which have experience with such products and are interested in being considered for the tender should express interest by completing this web form by 15 November 2026.
Interested vendors are to note UNICEF is endeavoring to have geographically diverse supplier sourcing which will be part of the preliminary review of this REOI.
It is recommended to express interest for these products to be considered for future tender participation. To be considered for the planned tender it is preferable, but not a mandatory requirement for potential suppliers to have a website providing detail listing of their product and service range. It is also requested for companies to provide further information listed in the REOI for references of available products from the companies.
Expression of Interest received will be screened based on the information provided and based on required documentation being available on UNGM.

(b) This is NOT an invitation to submit a quotation. Do not send your prices or your products’ specifications at this stage;
(c) Questions about conformity of the supplier’s products will not be answered;
(d) This REoI does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EoI does not automatically guarantee your participation in the request for quotation;
(e) UNICEF reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final solicitation document.
(f) UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REoI and/or solicitation process.

Sustainable Procurement practices integrate requirements, specifications, and criteria that are compatible and in favour of the protection of the environment, the social progress and in support of economic development. These practices seek resource efficiency, improve the quality of products and services, and ultimately optimize costs (HLCM Procurement Network). Sustainable Procurement is one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (goals 12 and 12.7), and it also contributes to the achievement of all SDGs.
