IMPORTANT # ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
The Invitation to Bid form (page 3 of this document) must be completed and returned to
UNICEF alongside the proposals.
Bids must be received by latest 10:00hrs on Monday 16th November 2026. There will be a
public bid opening at 14hrs at UNICEF Office Premises on the same day.

Bids are to be submitted by email to:
srl-procurementfinancialproposals@unicef.org, with subject: LRPS-2026-9207024 and short
descriptions of the ITB.

The currency of the Proposal shall be in Sierra Leone Leones Only.

Bidders must also include in their submission the following mandatory documents:
Business registration/ certificate of incorporation.
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid Social Security clearance certificate
UNGM registration number
2024 and 2025 audited financial statements
