Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Two (2) Automatic Voltage Stabilizers for OSESGY Aden Office and Guesthouse in Yemen

1. The Office of the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Yemen (OSESGY) requires the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of two (2) Industrial Automatic Voltage Stabilizers for the Aden premises to protect critical electrical equipment from voltage fluctuations and ensure continuity of operations. The objective of this procurement is to provide reliable voltage regulation and protection for the facility's electrical infrastructure through the installation of two (2) heavy-duty automatic voltage stabilizers capable of operating under challenging power conditions. 2. The Contractor shall deliver requested voltage stabilizers within six (6) weeks after receipt of the purchase Order. All goods shall be delivered in proper packaging to protect the items from damage during transportation, loading, unloading, and handling. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. OSESGY reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to an EOI does not automatically guarantee that such company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. Specific Requirements/Information Requirements to be submitted after receipt of solicitation: 1. Compliance Declaration Form which will be provided in the solicitation documents. 2. Company Registration: The Supplier shall submit copy of valid business registration, certificate of incorporation or other document issued by the pertinent authorities. 3. Catalogues/data sheets: The Supplier shall submit supporting catalogues, technical data cards, brochures in English for the Automatic Voltage Stabilizers. 4. Delivery: The Supplier confirms delivery of Automatic Voltage Stabilizers within six (6) weeks of SRO. 5. Warranty: Unless otherwise specified, all furniture and equipment proposed shall have a minimum of two (2) years warranty from the date of delivery and installation, in respect of defects. 6. Environmental Policy: The Supplier completes and submits ETSU 0015 and ETSU 0042. The OSESGY reserves the right to reject expressions of interest which are partially or incorrectly completed or received after the deadline.
