ITB for Vehicle Operational Lease Services - LTA

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in the Netherlands invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the provision of operational vehicle leasing services under a non-exclusive Long-Term Agreement. The initial duration of the Long-Term Agreement will be three (3) years, with the possibility of extension for up to two (2) additional one-year periods, subject to satisfactory performance, continued requirements and the applicable contractual conditions. The estimated requirement is 1 to 21 vehicles over the initial three-year LTA period. Each individual vehicle lease is intended to have a duration of thirty-six (36) months from the respective vehicle delivery and acceptance date.
