Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
Under the guidance of the ILO and in coordination with the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment (MoEWOE), the consultant will provide technical support to: (i) prepare Bangladesh’s responses to the CMW List of Issues under the ICRMW; and (ii) revise and finalize the report “Access to Justice for Migrant Workers: A Comparative Review of Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the Philippines, with a Deep-Dive Analysis for Bangladesh.”
The consultant will review relevant reports, laws, policies, programmes, and data; conduct stakeholder consultations; prepare draft responses to the CMW List of Issues; and revise the Access to Justice report based on comments from the ILO and stakeholders. The consultant will ensure that all outputs are evidence-based, analytically sound, and aligned with international standards and national migration governance frameworks.
The consultancy will produce: (i) an inception report; (ii) draft responses to the CMW List of Issues and a revised draft of the Access to Justice report; and (iii) final submission-ready responses and a publication-ready final report incorporating all comments and feedback.
