Description
Ship to Shore Rights in South-East Asia: Safe migration for decent work in the blue economy (S2SR) is a regional initiative of the European Union and the United Nations, implemented by the International Labour Organization in collaboration with International Organization for Migration and Food and Agriculture Organization. The programme promotes safe labour migration and decent work in fish and seafood supply chains across South-East Asia. The S2SR programme seeks to engage a consultant with demonstrated expertise in project design, proposal development, donor-compliant reporting, curriculum design and institutional capacity-building. The consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering a modular training curriculum, practical workshops and ongoing writing clinics for programme implementing partners operating in multilingual and multi-country contexts. The assignment will focus on strengthening the capacity of implementing partners, including trade unions, civil society organizations and migrant worker organizations, to develop high-quality proposals and reports that meet international development and donor compliance standards. The consultant is expected to apply participatory and practical learning methodologies tailored to diverse organizational and language contexts.
