Long-Term Arrangement - Provision of Facility Management Services - Two Damascus Guesthouses

This tender is open to the following companies:

1. Syrian companies.
2. Foreign companies holding a valid official permit to operate in Syria.
3. Foreign companies that have entered into a valid Joint Venture (JV) Agreement with a Syrian company.

UNICEF Syria intends to establish a Long-Term Arrangement (LTA) for the provision of integrated facility management services for its two guest houses in Mazzeh, Damascus, which accommodate UNICEF staff. The facilities comprise two buildings of four and three floors, respectively, along with associated areas including gardens, swimming pools, rooftops, and parking spaces.

The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering year-round facility management services, including preventive and corrective maintenance, cleaning, gardening, pest control, and other technical support services, in accordance with the agreed Terms of Reference (ToR) and service standards. The LTA aims to ensure service continuity, cost efficiency, and timely response to operational needs, and may also be utilized by other UN agencies operating in Syria, subject to capacity and contractual conditions.
