Greetings from UNICEF. 

We cordially invite you/your organisation/your company to submit your Technical and Financial Proposals for the: Procurement of Grade 1 and Grade 2 Mathematics Textbooks and Teacher Manuals for Junior Primary Schools in Papua New Guinea (PNG). 

This requirement is for the procurement of high quality printing; and efficient packing and distribution of textbooks and teacher manuals to improve teaching and learning outcomes in 9 target provinces.

1. LRFP-2026-9207041 contains bid submission instructions. Please read it carefully before submitting your bid.

Annex 2. Textbook Inspection Checklist

Annex 3. Labels Samples

Annex 4. Financial Proposal Breakdown

Important Submission Requirements:

Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted separately to the designated email address. 

The Technical Proposal must not contain any pricing or financial information. 

Proposals received after the submission deadline will not be considered or opened.

Tuesday 24th November, 2026 at 23:30 hours (Port Moresby, PNG time).
