THE PROVISION OF INTERPRETATION SERVICES TO IOM JAMAICA

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) invites qualified and experienced service providers to submit quotations for the provision of professional interpretation services to support its operational activities. The required services may include interpretation between applicable language combinations for meetings, consultations, interviews, workshops, training sessions, conferences and other activities as requested by IOM. Services may be required on-site or remotely, depending on operational needs. The selected supplier(s) may be engaged under a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of services on an as-needed basis over the agreement period. The LTA is intended to facilitate timely access to qualified interpreters, ensure consistent service quality and provide agreed rates for recurring or ad hoc assignments. Interested suppliers must demonstrate relevant experience, the qualifications and language proficiency of proposed interpreters, availability to accommodate assignments within agreed timeframes, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality and impartiality. Quotations must clearly identify the language combinations offered, applicable interpretation modes, pricing structure and any additional charges. The establishment of an LTA shall not guarantee a minimum volume or value of services. Individual assignments will be requested in accordance with IOM's operational requirements and the terms and conditions of the resulting agreement. Suppliers are requested to submit their quotations in accordance with the instructions, technical requirements and submission deadline specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
