Request for Quotations for Design Layout, Printing and Translation Services (printing ILO Project publications and documents/resource material and translation of resource manuals and material) for the Social Dialogue for Peace Project

Dear Bidder, The Social Dialogue for Peace and Conflict Prevention in Sri Lanka Project at the ILO Country Office for Sri Lanka and the Maldives, requires the services of a customer-oriented and competent printing service provider for Graphic Design/Layout, Translation (Sinhala, Tamil, English), and Printing of project publications, sectoral training manuals, information brochures, reports, and project events resource materials. The primary purpose of these material is for dissemination among key public sector stakeholders, sectoral forum members, and beneficiaries during upcoming final phase of capacity-building programs, awareness initiatives, and the project closure event scheduled to be held on 20 November 2026. The Scope of Deliverables for the printing services provider is within the requirements provided; 1. Graphic Design & Layout: Formatting, layout design, and proof-editing integration prior to final printing. 2. Translation Services: Professional translation of designated manuals, booklets, and brochures into English or Tamil as indicated in the schedule. 3. Printing & Binding: High-quality printing, lamination, and binding strictly in accordance with the technical specifications outlined below. 4. Delivery: Safe packaging and delivery of all printed material to the ILO Country Office in Colombo 07. To enable you to prepare and submit a bid, please refer to the attached Annexes (II-B, II-D, II-C and III) in the attachment area. You may submit an offer to the ILO provided that your organization is qualified, able, and willing to deliver the goods, works, and/or services specified in this RFQ. The ILO must receive your offer no later than the deadline specified at the ILO e-Sourcing Platform (Jaggaer), on or before 05.00 PM on 09th of November 2026. Late offers shall be rejected.
