RFQ – Procurement of Hotel Accommodation, Conference Facilities and Catering Services for 04 nos. ILO residential capacity-building workshops in November 2026 (geo. pref.: Bentota, Beruwala, Negombo, Katunayake, Marawila, Kalutara and Wadduwa

Dear Bidder, The ILO’s Country Office for Sri Lanka and the Maldives seeks suitable hotels or conference venues with accommodation and conference facilities for four (04 nos.) 02-day residential capacity building workshops on the operationalization of the alternative dispute prevention and resolution mechanism in the public service of Sri Lanka. These workshops are conducted in coordination with the Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government. The residential workshops are to be held in November 2026 following the schedule of dates provided by the ministry (Nos. I to III)* and ILO Constituent EFC (No. V). Hotels and conference venues from Bentota, Beruwala, Negombo, Katunayake, Marawila, Kalutara and Wadduwa invited to submit quotations if availability of conference facilities and accommodation for the dates stated below in Nos. I to IV. Partial bidding is open for this RFQ to accommodate the consecutive and overlapping schedule of the dates.
