Description
FAO intends to award a Long Term Agreement for services, specifically:
i. Building Maintenance Services;
Repair and maintenance of walls, floor tiles, floor carpets, ceiling tiles, screen doors and repair and replacement of windows, window fasteners, window blinds. Painting of walls and screens.
ii. Carpentry Repair Services;
Office partitioning, sound-proofing, repair and maintenance of office furniture, desks/drawers, chairs, tables, cabinets, kitchen cupboards and wooden cornice and skirting. Replacement and fitting of office door locks, replacing broken locks, fitting new locks and key cutting services.
